Argument: a poem

Here is an idea.

It goes like this, and this,

And this.

But I see a problem with it, all the same.

(Or, I see something promising here

For another problem.)

And that goes like this.

We could work it out,

Perhaps—here, how’s that?

Ok, so that sounds good.

But what about this objection

That somebody has?

And this objection, too?

Well, I can solve those problems,

Like this.

Or, it turns out that they aren’t really

Problems after all.

Conclusion:

Idea; problem; solution;

Objection; resolution.

Is that so hard?
